Below is a new list of colors currently Approved by the ACC and the Board. The colors are from Sherwin Williams paint color line.
Body - The main portion of the home and garage doors.
Trim - Trim color can be used to paint all trim and garage doors as an option.
Accent - To be used for the main entry door and possible accent areas separated by roof-lines (not to be used on Garage Doors)
NOTE: All other colors and combinations must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to painting by submitting an ACC request form.
